Good evening everyone,

A quick update for the Scottish Route. Despite CalMac confirming our sailing multiple times, they’ve cancelled the ferry at the last minute. Naturally that’s disappointing, but the team is already working hard to update the satnav and digital route guide with a brand‑new route.

The good news is that the morning route is completely unaffected — we still take in Glencoe and continue all the way to Mallaig as planned. From there, the revised route takes us back along the fantastic Road to the Isles and across the side of the Cairngorms we would normally have missed. It’s a stunning alternative and keeps the day flowing beautifully.

The route will be in place for the start of the tour, and I’ll drop everyone a message as soon as the digital guide has been updated.
