As part of your upcoming RouteGT driving tour, we want to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. This email includes important details regarding the Dining Menu Preorder, Event Terms, and access to the Digital Event Program, which contains essential tour information.
Your adventure begins on 17th May at The Lion Quay Hotel.
We welcome guests to join us for registration on the morning of 17th May from 8:30 AM at The Lion Quay Garden Suite. We kindly ask everyone to arrive no later than 9:00 AM for registration, ensuring ample time to check in, meet fellow participants, and prepare for the journey ahead. Our departure is scheduled for 10:00 AM, setting the stage for an unforgettable drive.
Digital Event Program
The digital event program is designed to help you familiarise yourself with the route before the tour begins. It serves as a quick reference, providing essential details and Google Maps links for each section of the drive, ensuring you can easily navigate throughout the event.
While this digital version offers convenient access, a printed copy will also be provided at the event start.
Dinning Pre-order
Included in your RouteGT driving adventure, enjoy a 4-4-4 three-course dining experience in a private function room at the IXORA Hotel & Spa. This carefully curated menu ensures a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes, making your evening as memorable as the drive itself.
