Below you’ll find everything you need ahead of departure—from check-in details to dinner pre-orders and your participant agreement. Each section will also be sent separately for ease, but this email brings it all together in one place.

Night-Before Hotel
For guests who’ve booked the extra night, Check-in opens from 15:00
It’s a relaxed evening—no formal schedule, just a chance to settle in and meet fellow guests. If you event already, please let us know if you’d like to join us for dinner.

Tour Start & Drivers’ Briefing
The tour officially begins at Hetland Hall Hotel 8th October.
Please arrive from 08:30 for the Drivers’ Briefing, where we’ll walk through the route, safety notes, and get everyone set up with their tour packs.
First Night Dinner – Pre-Order at Knipoch House Hotel
After our first day on the road, we’ll be dining together at Knipoch House Hotel.
Dinner service begins at 19:30, and we kindly ask you to pre-order your meal in advance:
Car Checks
Before departure, please ensure your vehicle is road-ready and tour-fit.
We recommend checking:
• Tyre pressures and tread
• Oil level and coolant
• Brake function and lights
• Fuel level (start with a full tank)
• Any warning lights or service alerts
If you’ve changed your vehicle since booking, please let us know so we can update your details.
