A Six‑Day European Driving Tour

This late‑September to early‑October six‑day journey begins near Folkestone with a drivers’ briefing and lunch before we set off for the Eurotunnel and our first night in France. From there we’ll drive through France and Germany, returning across Belgium, on a route crafted for those who live for great roads, unforgettable scenery, and the thrill of the world‑famous Nürburgring. Your first night in the UK sets the tone, giving you time to meet fellow guests, settle in, and prepare before crossing into Europe for the drive ahead.

Along the way, you’ll carve through the sweeping passes of the Vosges mountains, drift into the calm of the Alsace wine region, and flow through the fast, forested routes of the Black Forest—each offering its own character, rhythm, and sense of place. The Nürburgring is one of several standout moments on the journey: you can take in the atmosphere, explore the paddock, or head out for a lap if you choose. Prefer the open road? The Eifel region delivers its own magic with sweeping forest lanes, ridge‑top views, and quiet, technical stretches that reward every turn.

From apex‑hunting to wine‑country cruising, this tour brings together dynamic driving, refined moments, and considered comfort with the signature touch of Route GT.

Driven by Experience. Defined by Detail

Route GT The Ring Route

We meticulously test and refine every part of our Ring Route to deliver the most rewarding driving experience possible. Alongside iconic highlights like the Nürburgring, we’ve uncovered lesser‑known Eifel and cross‑border roads that rival the legends—packed with flow, challenge, and scenery that deserve just as much recognition.

Your journey takes you through the Vosges mountain passes, Alsace wine regions, Black Forest, German Autobahns, Nürburgring itself, and the sweeping roads of Eifel region, each chosen for its character and pure driving enjoyment. Most days offer around 6–7 hours behind the wheel, with lighter days built in to give you time to relax and explore.

When we reach the Nürburgring, you can spend the day soaking up the atmosphere, take a lap, head out into the surrounding Eifel roads, or split your time to enjoy a bit of both.
