You can pre‑register your place now, with deposits requested from October. Please note that registration does not secure your spot — *your booking is only held once the deposit has been paid.
The full balance is due three months before the tour start date.
If you wish to travel at a different time, please contact us before making your booking. We’ll always do our best to accommodate alternative crossings where possible. However, if arrangements cannot be made in advance, we’re unable to offer any discount or refund for guests choosing to book their own travel.
Please note that Steam Packet ferry is non‑refundable. For this reason, once deposits are paid, they are non‑refundable, as the cost of the ferry crossing must be deducted from your deposit. We strongly recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance in advance.
This optional night‑before stay is hosted at Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa, just outside Liverpool, offering a relaxed start to the tour with great food, full spa facilities, and an easy run to the ferry the following morning. This is a bed and breakfast rate, and the hotel also hosts our morning induction, keeping everything seamless before departure.
This night‑before stay is available on Thursday 15th April.

This stay is payable with your final balance.
*The event organisers do not accept any costs incurred from cancellation or being unable to attend. If this may be a problem suitable insurance should be taken before booking.
Route GT, The Man Route is a Navigational Challenge, it is NOT Guided, Race or Timed Event in any way. Entrances must drive a route of their own choice based on the suggestions provided.
