Risks Associated with Participation

By participating in the Event, I acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks involved, including but not limited to:

Vehicle accidents resulting in damage, injury, or death Mechanical failure, leading to delays, expense, or inability to complete the Event Adverse weather conditions affecting driving safety and visibility Road hazards, poor surfaces, unexpected obstacles, and dangerous conditions Injury from physical activities connected to the Event Legal and regulatory risks, such as fines or prosecution Medical risks, including illness, injury, or emergency treatment

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, including financial loss, injury, or death. I understand that Route GT Ltd does not provide insurance cover, and it is my sole responsibility to secure and maintain appropriate insurance. I acknowledge that Route GT Ltd does not validate or administer insurance policies, and any disputes must be resolved by me independently.

Assumption of Risks

I understand that participation in this adventure carries danger. I am responsible for everything I do, and Route GT Ltd accepts no responsibility for my actions or decisions. All persons under the lead booking agree to these Terms. I confirm that I am medically fit to participate and authorise Route GT Ltd to arrange emergency medical treatment if needed. I accept full responsibility for any related costs.

Liability Waiver and Release

I, on behalf of myself and my legal representatives, waive, release, and forever discharge Route GT Ltd and associated parties from any claims, injuries (including death), or liabilities arising from my participation in the Event—even if caused by negligence. By participating, I acknowledge and accept these terms. I consent to photography and filming and release Route GT Ltd from liability for promotional media use.

Third-Party Liability Disclaimer

RouteGT Ltd shall not be held liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by:

Other participants, spectators, or third-party drivers Vendors, hotels, transport providers, or event partners Local authorities or law enforcement

I acknowledge that Route GT Ltd is not responsible for third-party misconduct. I accept full responsibility for resolving related disputes.

Indemnity Agreement

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Route GT Ltd and its partners from legal claims resulting from my actions, conduct, or failure to comply with event Terms.

Explicit Insurance Responsibility Clause

I acknowledge Route GT Ltd does not validate, administer, or intervene in insurance matters. I am fully responsible for ensuring active and adequate cover for all Event-related risks. Any disputes with insurers must be resolved independently.

Media Exposure Waiver

I consent to use of my image, likeness, and voice in Event media. I release Route GT Ltd from liability related to media exposure—whether this waiver is signed as part of registration or separately.

Emergency Medical Fitness & Treatment Consent

I confirm I am medically fit to participate. I have disclosed any conditions requiring attention during the Event. I accept full responsibility for my own health and safety. I authorise Route GT Ltd to facilitate emergency treatment if required, and I agree to cover all medical expenses.

Binding Agreement & Enforceability Clause

By signing or electronically accepting this document: I confirm I have read and understood its entire contents I voluntarily agree to all terms described I acknowledge this agreement is legally binding and enforceable under UK law
